Procedures and Terms for one or more purchases to be returned or exchanged
After your online purchase you can submit a request for a refund, product exchange or size.
MANDATORY conditions for return
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unperfumed
• Return ONLY by post at the customer's expense, any package returned to another given address will not be taken into account and will not be refunded.
• To obtain the return address, please contact us by email, the address will be sent to you.
• Fill out the "Return Procedures" card included in your package
• 15 days to return the package in the event of a return or exchange
• Discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
After receiving your return, we will refund or exchange it within 7 to 14 days.
In case of items that do not meet the return criteria, we will return the item to you.
